Groovy Green Designs

Just had to break loose with the pink paint and glass hardware to perk up and then distressed this damsel. Aint she sweet!

First she was madeover in purple, still too dark, then I found this cool color combo and it made all the difference. For those who like to walk on the wild side. RRaarr!!

This vanity cried out for a groovy green redo. More cool scraps from the Restore and some paper on top. When I finish the mirror and this may be displayed at our new local artist colony/bread shop and chocolatier's. So exciting!!

This table was a score from a local thrift store. A bit of cream paint and gold accents with pretty paisley paper. Country elegance. As soon as I saw this brown and bland last supper wall hanging I knew what to do to make it oh so cool. Another Andy Warhol inspired piece that is in time for Easter. Amen! A plain Jane white table got a new coat of robins egg blue and pretty fabric over the top. Not so plain Jane anymore. Insane in the membrane Jane? Fortune and Fame Jane? Got Game Jane?

A fresh coat of paint and a little distressing gave a throw away piece like this a cute new look. Bought this shelf for 2$ at the thrift stoe and now it hangs in our bathroom.

On a little spring stroll out back, I came across these cool tree fungi. Can't you just see gnomes and fairies living in these cool mushroom condos?
