Funktiqued Table Makeover


Before:  Lovely bones... scratched and dented antique table... Had oodles of potential.  He sat lonely in my barn for a year while I contemplated his transformation.  Then inspiration came, a garden in springtime has been stamped all over this body. Oh happy transformation from a catapillar to a lovely butterfly.




Still needs his lions head hardware to finish the look off.  I'll add that pic later..


The paint was a three part process. I think it turned out rather well.

These dead trees have burned in patterns. I think this is so amazing! A beautiful succulent topiary lady. This one cracks me up! Barn Mural Revealed

My huge white barn got the royal makeover these past couple of days when my girlfriend came to visit and help me with this massive project. My gal pal hard at work!  She even provided some of the exterior paint.... She rocks! We tried a bit of shading but it just didn't look good.  We ended up covering it up and going with simple clean lines. My bestie, Kelly O.  She worked her ass off and enjoyed every minute of it... Maybe it was the beer! Side angle view. The rest of the white will get a coat of tan to match the house trim. Pretty awesome if I do say so myself.  It turned out better than I thought it would! Thanks to Kelly, not many people would spend their short vacation painting barns for friends, she is amazing and talented.  I love love love the new look!!!!
