Gallery Opening


The Winooski Pop Up Galleries will run through July 31st and be open Thursday - Sunday.
My furniture will be featured  along with the fantastic art of some very talented folks...

Brian Zeigler, Heather Gray, Lynn Rupe, Nicholas Heilig, Sarah Jumonville, Sarah Webb, and Zoe Barracano.

My "Golden Goddess" is enjoying center stage with Brian Zeigler's large scale collages in the backround.


Even the back got a groovy new look.  The Birth of venus inspired golden goddess.




This  collaged map of Vt is one of the other galleries.  I just loved this piece by Anne Cummings.





Sarah Webb's screen prints are unique and the beautifully painted details are amazing.





These awesome construction fabric light sculptures by Sarah Jumonville are so cool.


Photographer Zoe Barracano is being interviewed adjacent to her fanciful "horses" photos.



Brian Zeigler's  large scale collages are so fantastic.  He has even larger works at his studio in Montpelier.  The pictures don't do them justice.

These dead trees have burned in patterns. I think this is so amazing! A beautiful succulent topiary lady. This one cracks me up! An old window and some dollar store beads and voila, a shimmering wall hanging. These mosaic columns are made from pvc piping scraps.  Pretty awesome! Got glass?  Now here is a cool reuse, make garden totems. Adorable little gnome house. A bundle of sticks make the base of these simple Zen looking pillars. Love the wabi sabiness of these! Save those lids and caps from your recycling and make a cute owl.  So simple. Barn Mural Revealed

My huge white barn got the royal makeover these past couple of days when my girlfriend came to visit and help me with this massive project. My gal pal hard at work!  She even provided some of the exterior paint.... She rocks! We tried a bit of shading but it just didn't look good.  We ended up covering it up and going with simple clean lines. My bestie, Kelly O.  She worked her ass off and enjoyed every minute of it... Maybe it was the beer! Side angle view. The rest of the white will get a coat of tan to match the house trim. Pretty awesome if I do say so myself.  It turned out better than I thought it would! Thanks to Kelly, not many people would spend their short vacation painting barns for friends, she is amazing and talented.  I love love love the new look!!!!
